PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a charge speed and a discharge speed of a capacitor without enlarging a size of a thin-film transistor. SOLUTION: A first switch SW 1 is connected between a voltage source VDD and the third capacitor C3, then the first switch SW1 is turned on for a precharge period, by which the third capacitor C3 is constituted to be charged by the voltage source VDD. In addition, a second switch SW 2 is connected between the third capacitor C3 and a ground terminal, then the second switch SW2 is turned on for a discharge period, by which the third capacitor C3 is constituted to be discharged.
