PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system cooperating system for preventing an instantaneous voltage drop during a failure and hardly influencing a significant load. SOLUTION: The system cooperating system cooperates between two power systems, and supplies power from one power system to the other. A current limiting breaker 11 is disposed between two power systems, and provided with a circuit breaker 14, a current detector 15, a current limiter 12 comprising a series circuit of a varistor 12b and a capacitor 12c connected to a switch circuit 12a in parallel and a controller 13 for controlling the switch circuit 12a in the current limiter 12. Since the current limiter comprises the switch circuit and the series circuit of the varistor and the capacitor connected to the switch circuit in parallel, an arc discharge due to an open operation of the switch circuit is converted into a short, small and safe current by the series circuit of the varistor and the capacitor, an instantaneous interruption and the instantaneous voltage drop are avoided during an accident in the power system, and the significant load can be protected.
