PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging module capable of highly accurately feeding a fixed potential at all times as an overflow drain setting potential of a CCD area sensor without using any external element. SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging module formed on a semiconductor substrate that feeds a voltage to a solid-state imaging element, includes a potential generation circuit for generating a predetermined overflow drain potential signal in accordance with an input bias voltage and a first switch means for turning on or turning off the predetermined overflow drain potential signal to an output terminal in accordance with a first input control signal.
