PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo-oscillator whose productivity has been improved. SOLUTION: In this piezo-oscillator comprising a piezoelectric oscillating element, an integrated circuit element and an electronic component element connected to the piezoelectric oscillating element to constitute an oscillation circuit, and a container body for mounting the piezoelectric oscillating element, the integrated circuit element and the electronic component element thereon, the piezoelectric oscillating element and the integrated circuit element are arranged in a first cavity, the electronic component element is arranged in a second cavity, and an opening is formed in the second cavity.
