PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image recorder and a moving image printer capable of automatically recording and printing a moving image in which a prescribed image is reflected. SOLUTION: When a keyword is input from an operating part 14, an image generator 32 generates a key image corresponding to the keyword. A moving image input from a tuner 16 is recorded in an HDD 24, and a key image detecting part 38 detects a key image from each frame.
