PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an acceptable range of input voltage of a current resonance type DC-DC converter.SOLUTION: An embodiment includes a driving circuit. The driving circuit, in (a) a first control mode, turns on/off a first transistor by drive frequency based on output voltage or output current of a resonance circuit and switches a third transistor to a state opposite to the first transistor at an almost same timing as the ON/OFF timing of the first transistor and, in (b) a second control mode, turns the first transistor ON/OFF and switches the third transistor to an opposite state to the first transistor at timing shifted just for a phase shift amount based on the output voltage or output current of a resonance circuit from the ON/OFF timing of the first transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
