<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deoiling method and a deoiling system applicable to various oil-containing substances regardless of types of contained oil, composition or content, and efficiently removing oil. <P>SOLUTION: This deoiling method using a liquefied substance comprises processes of: (1) bringing the liquefied substance which is gas in a room temperature and atmospheric pressure into contact with an oil-containing substance, dissolving oil in the oil-containing substance into the liquefied substance to obtain a liquefied substance containing a high oil content; and (2) separating the substance which is gas in the room temperature and atmospheric pressure in the liquefied substance of a high oil content, as gas from oil. The deoiling system is composed by serially connecting a compressor pressurizing the gas; a condenser liquefying the pressurized gas; an ice removing device bringing the liquefied substance into contact with the oil-containing substance to dissolve oil in the substance to obtain the liquefied substance of a high oil content; an evaporator evaporating the substance which is gas in the room temperature and atmospheric pressure in the liquefied substance of a high ice content; and a separator separating gas from ice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
