<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machine capable of easily and automatically cutting even a cylindrical work similar to a flat plate by inputting the cutting locus coordinates in a working surface development view. <P>SOLUTION: The laser beam machine 100 is provided with: a laser beam generation means with a nozzle 200 for irradiating laser beams; a supporting means 400 for supporting a work 300 at the position facing the nozzle 200; a first moving means moving in Y-direction; and a second moving means 20 moving in X-direction following a preset two-dimensional pattern. The nozzle 200 is fixed to the first moving means. Further, a motion conversion means (a rack gear 40, a pinion gear 30) for converting the movement of the second moving means in X-direction into the movement in the circumferential direction of a cylindrical work is provided between the work supporting means 400 and the second moving means 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
