<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film prevented from interference irregularity or blocking, a polarizing plate using it and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: The hard coat film comprises a layer containing an active ray cured resin at least one side of a transparent film and a layer containing particles on the back side of the transparent film. The resin layer on the back side contains at least a cellulose ester and, when the average substitution degree of the acetyl group of the cellulose ester is set to X and the average substitution degree of an acyl group containing no acetyl group is set to Y, the range of X+Y is 2.0≤X+Y<2.4 and 0.1≤Y≤2.2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
