PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen dispensing processor for dispensing a specimen from a vessel for containing the specimen such as blood and urine collected for an inspection to the other vessel, measuring a wait time as a nozzle tip is mounted to a dispensing head during a dispensing process, automatically discarding a nozzle head after a fixed time, and preventing a pollution due to specimen drops within a dispenser, a desiccation and a concentration of the specimen and a suction abnormality due to sticking. SOLUTION: The specimen dispensing processor of the invention includes: the dispenser for dispensing the sucked specimen; the dispensing head provided in the dispenser; and the disposal nozzle tip detachably mounted to the dispensing head, and dispenses the specimen sucked into the nozzle tip to a subsidiary specimen vessel as the subsidiary specimen vessel is replaced. If the fixed time is elapsed during a dispense deactivation period for inhibiting the specimen from being dispensed into the subsidiary specimen vessel, the nozzle tip is removed from the dispensing head.
