PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield machine enabling the easy replacement of the cutter bit of a cutter without forming a vertical shaft for replacing the cutter bit. SOLUTION: This shield machine 10 comprises a shield body 12, an outer cutter 16 rotatably supported on the front end part of the shield body 12, and an inner cutter 18 rotatably supported inside the shield body 12.
