<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cathode plate for a lithium-ion secondary battery uniformly neutralizing an alkali constituent in a cathode active material enabled to be carried out in simple processes, without giving rise to corrosion on an aluminum foil of a collector in coating paste on the same, and without degrading productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method at least includes a neutralizing process for neutralizing an alkali constituent in lithium complex oxide as a cathode active material by having neutralizing gas in contact with mixture powder of a conductive material and the cathode active material, a kneading process of adding a thickener and a binder to the neutralized cathode active material to knead them into paste, and a forming process of forming a cathode active material layer by coating the kneaded paste on the surface of an aluminum foil to be a cathode collector and drying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
