PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm material utilizing sunshine and a fabric that uses the warm material, has excellent moisture retaining properties and proper moisture absorbing and releasing properties, is light and easily controls a touch. SOLUTION: The blended yarn for converting light into heat is obtained by adding and mixing 1-10 pts.wt. of a polyester cotton containing 0.1-5 wt.% of bamboo charcoal having a particle diameter of≤10μm to 100 pts.wt. of mixed cotton of 20-50 wt.% of a cellulose-based fiber cotton e.g. rayon and 80-50 wt.% of an acrylic cotton and spinning the mixed cotton.
