METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a carbon fiber composite material containing carbon nanofibers dispersed homogeneously. SOLUTION: The method for producing the carbon fiber composite material comprises a step of dispersing the carbon nanofiber 40 in an elastomer 30 by shearing force. The elastomer 30 is a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer having an epoxy group which has the affinity to the carbon nanofiber 40. The dispersing step is carried out by using an open roll method having≤0.5 mm roll distance (d) at 0-50°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
