PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous inorganic coating agent having a characteristic feature wherein a contamination substance such as an oil based contaminant and an inorganic dust deposited on a surface of the base material can be easily moved by water by hydrophilizing the surface of the base material to a high degree and a characteristic feature that the dust or the like is not deposited by creating an antistatic effect of static electricity, capable of easily performing construction relative to a conventional photocatalyst, i.e., a polysilazane based glass coating agent having limitation of use regardless of an organic or inorganic substance by everyone, and capable of ensuring contamination-resistant performance, i.e., an inherent purpose without totally providing limitation of use condition that it is a low cost and a construction place is not limited, and its aqueous solution. SOLUTION: The aqueous inorganic coating agent contains an alkaline colloidal silica, a mixture of a sodium phosphate compound and potassium phosphate, and boric acid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
