PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator door controller which can identify a door weight on each floor and can select an overload detection sensitivity level according to the door weight and a door open/close speed pattern. SOLUTION: An elevator door controller comprises: an open/close history storage 9 which stores a historical control data on each floor, the historical data being obtained by associating a command value equivalent to a drive torque accompanying a past door open/close frequency with a variation of rotating speeds of motor for door opening/closing; a door-control floor data storage 10 which stores a control constant used for a door control on each floor; a door-control floor data re-setting means 12 which stores a new control constant on the door-control floor data storage corresponding to each floor, the new control constant being obtained from a plurality of the historical control data on the floor extracted from the open/close history storage; and a door-control floor data extraction means 11 which extracts the control constant of the floor used for door opening/closing from the door-control floor data storage and provides it to the door motor drive control.
