PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage container capable of saving waste or labor caused by the use of a conventional garbage container, having the most suitable mode in collecting a garbage bag, environment-friendly, and having a high energy-saving effect, usability and efficiency. SOLUTION: The cylindrical garbage container has upper and lower openings capable of storing garbage bags therein, and the diameter of an upper opening of the garbage container is smaller than the diameter of a lower opening of the garbage container.
