PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening buckle which easily and surely performs fastening and the releasing of an article by performing a strong press-bonding and a quick loosening by one-touch operation without moving the buckle itself. SOLUTION: In this fastening buckle 100 for which the end of a fastening body 200 is inserted from the side of the buckle frame body 101, and is wound around the shaft, the long fastening body changing shaft 301 being orthogonal to the insertion direction of the other end section of the long fastening body is provided on the buckle frame body. A pair of turning arms 302, one-end sections of which are pivoted on both sides of the long fastening body changing shaft in a manner to be rotatable, are provided. On the other ends of the pair of turning arms, long fastening body placing rods 303 are provided to be in parallel with the long fastening body changing shaft. By turning the turning arms with the long fastening body change shaft as the pivot, the turning arms are made to be housed and movable in the buckle frame body in such a manner that the buckle frame body and the turning arms may be placed under a parallel or approximately parallel state. The end section of the long fastening body is placed into the shape of a loop on the long fastening body placing rod, and the section which is formed as the root of the loop is located on the peripheral surface on the direction changing side of the long fastening body on the long securing object changing shaft, and is wound into a doubly placed state.
