PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working man-hour required for packing a product and to improve workability. SOLUTION: A packing member 10 has a bottom plate 16 arranged on a skid 12 and flaps 18 bent upwards along four sides of the bottom plate 16. Two cut and raised tongue pieces 16a are respectively formed on four sides of the bottom plate 16, and corresponding to these, two receiving holes 18a are respectively formed on respective flaps 18. Under a condition that the flaps 18 are bent, the cut and raised tongue pieces 16a are raised in accordance with them, and are respectively inserted into corresponding receiving holes 18a to be able to hold the flaps 18 under self-standing conditions.
