摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is required that a sub-gear is molded with a high dimension accuracy when compensating the backlash of a pinion gear and a sector gear with the sub-gear of a low rigidity material and generation of rattling and noise cannot be certainly prevented when deforming a damper fitted to a hole. SOLUTION: The sector gear 28 is made a three-layer structure where a central plate material 28c is clamped by plate materials 28L, 28R from left and right sides, and the central plate material is formed so as to be divided to a rear half part 28c1 fixed between the left and right plate materials and a front half part 28c2 having a tooth at its distal end and clamped between the left and right plate materials movably in a radial direction. A biasing member 36 is arranged between a front half part and a rear half part of the central plate material and biasing force in a radial direction is applied to the front half part. Thereby, the teeth 28-1 to 3 of the front half part are projected more than the overlapped teeth of the left and right plate material, are pressed to teeth 26-1, 26-2 of the pinion gear, and are engaged with each other while clamped from the left and right sides.
