Provided are a light-emitting device with which it is possible to adjust the color temperature by supplying power from a single power supply, and a light fixture that includes the light-emitting device. A light-emitting device provided with: an electrode land for an anode; an electrode land for a cathode; an adjacent first light-emitting unit and second light-emitting unit electrically connected and provided in parallel to the electrode land for the anode and the electrode land for the cathode; and a low-pass filter that includes a capacitance member provided in parallel with the first light-emitting unit and the second light-emitting unit, and a resistance member provided in series with the first light-emitting unit and the second light-emitting unit. The electrical resistance of the first light-emitting unit is greater than the electrical resistance of the second light-emitting unit, and the color temperature of light emitted by all of the light-emitting units, including the first light-emitting unit and the second light-emitting unit, is adjustable.
