Provided is a new infusion set that uses a spike cap, which is provided with: an opening that is equipped with a hydrophobic filter at a site that is further inward than the tip of a spike inserted into the cap from an insertion port, said opening being configured so as to permeate gases inside the cap but not to permeate liquids and solids; and a lid for closing off the opening from the outside of the opening. The infusion set is further equipped with: a hook for anchoring an infusion tube; and a clip provided with a latching part that latches onto a flange provided to the spike. By employing the cap in the infusion set, it is possible to perform a pretreatment by means of priming and back-priming in a simple step without any liquid leakage, and to prevent the occurrence of accidents caused by human errors related to the administration procedure. A standard procedure for using the infusion set can easily be established. |
