The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a touchscreen which is capable of improving an effect of shielding an attached display screen from a tactile sensation presentation signal, and of suppressing an increase in circuit scale, as well as a touch panel device comprising said touchscreen. A plurality of excitation electrodes (2), each of which extends in the row direction, is disposed upon the rear face side of a transparent substrate; and upon the front face side of the transparent substrate, a plurality of detection electrodes (3), each of which extends in the column direction, a plurality of row electrodes for tactile sensation presentation (4), each of which extends in the row direction, and a plurality of column electrodes for tactile sensation presentation (5), each of which extends in the column direction, are disposed, forming a control screen on the front face side of the transparent substrate. In such a circumstance, the plurality of excitation electrodes (2) and the plurality of row electrodes for tactile sensation presentation (4) are formed in mutual isolation, and the plurality of detection electrodes (3) and the plurality of column electrodes for tactile sensation presentation (5) are formed in mutual isolation. With this configuration, the excitation electrodes (2) are positioned in the most distant locations among the electrodes (2-4) from the control screen. |
