A structural arrangement in modular vehicle headlights of the bi-LED type is described, comprising a main circular structure (10) provided with a front lens (50) and a rear lid (20), with a reflector (60) arranged therein and provided in its inner portion with a raised, T-shaped structure (61) which forms gaps (611) and receives a LED plate (62) and an inner lens (63) fitted next to the raised, T-shaped structure (61), the reflector (60) allowing the arrangement of a heat-dissipating support (70) provided with a T-shaped projection (72) and a set of LED plates (721) arranged in the lateral and upper portions of the heat-dissipating support (70) and aligned next to the gaps (611), the structural arrangement of the support (70) attached to the main structure (10) allowing the heat generated inside the structure by the LEDs to be dissipated via the structure (10), and preventing the inner components from being affected by the heat produced by the set of LEDs. In addition, the structural arrangement ensures the correct orientation of the light beam, in line with legal regulations, and allows the headlight to be dismounted for servicing the inner components. |
