Provided are a handle for a medical device and a medical device with which convenience can be improved. A handle (handle 3) for a medical device is configured to be mounted to the base end side of a flexible tube-shaped member (sheath tube 2) and comprises: a handle main body 31; and a rotation operation part 32 that is mounted on the handle main body 31 so as to be rotatable with the extension direction (Z-axis direction) of the handle main body 31 as the axis of rotation, and that is used during a rotation operation for deforming the shape near the distal end of the tube-shaped member. The handle main body 31 includes a marker 313 which moves in conjunction with the rotation operation of the rotation operation part 32. |
