According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic apparatus includes a housing, an electronic component, a first conductor, and a second conductor. The housing includes a first board section, a second board section, and a third board section. The first board section has a first surface. The second board section is separated from the first surface in the first direction intersecting the first surface. The second board section has a second surface along the first surface. The third board section has a third surface intersecting the second direction. The second conductor includes a first region and a second region. The position of at least a part of the first region, said position being in the second direction, is between the position of one end of the first region, said position being in the second direction, and the position of at least a part of the third board section, said position being in the second direction. The position of at least a part of the second region, said position being in the second direction, is between the position of one end of the second region, said position being in the second direction, and the position of at least the part of the third board section, said position being in the second direction.
