The present invention relates to a display film and a display apparatus having same, the display film achieving display performance by means of structural properties that are clearly distinguished from the structural properties of nano-sized-capsule-based display devices such as existing electrophoretic display devices or microcapsule-type display devices. A liquid crystal capsule display film, according to the present invention, comprises: a plurality of liquid crystal capsules formed from a core material, which has liquid crystals, and a shell material forming the outer wall of the core material; and a polymer matrix having the plurality of liquid crystal capsules disposed therein. Moreover, the plurality of liquid crystal capsules are formed to have an average diameter that is 1/4 of or shorter than the maximum wavelength of visible rays and are dispersed inside the polymer matrix at a filling rate in the range of 30%-70%.
