PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor panel configured such that a decorative area is smaller, and yet a colored wiring section is hardly recognized from an active area side and certain design features are kept, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A sensor panel includes a transparent electrode layer formed on a transparent substrate, a wiring layer formed around the transparent electrode layer on the substrate, an opaque decorative layer facing the wiring layer, and a cover layer located between the substrate and the decorative layer. The cover layer is transparent at least in an active area corresponding to the transparent electrode layer. A refractive section is provided in a light path from the wiring layer to the active area on a surface of the cover layer, the refractive section having a refractive index that is different from that of a surrounding constituent material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
