PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of disconnection of an internal electric wire caused by repeated bending motion or twist deformation in a flat cable used for an elevator, to eliminate the necessity of increasing the size of the cable by an amount equal to a detection wire while to predict the disconnection, a method for burying the disconnection detection wire including a twisted wire similar to that of an electric wire in the cable has conventionally been used, and to solve the problem of longer feedback time improvement of an installation method or a manufacturing method due to longer detection time of an abnormal state caused by time until destruction of the detection wire.SOLUTION: An elevator control cable includes an electric wire which is a power supply wire or a control wire, a belt-like resin film, and a strain detector provided on the resin film, in which the electric wire and the strain detector are covered with insulating resins.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
