PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber composition and a tire using the same, and the rubber composition capable of reducing electric resistance while maintaining wet performance and low heat generating performance of a tire at high level.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method including a first blending step of mixing a rubber component, 90% or more of an inorganic filler, all or a part of a silane coupling agent and a specific vulcanization accelerator, and a second mixing step of adding remaining inorganic filler, remaining silane coupling agent and carbon black to a mixed product obtained in the first mixing step, and mixing again. |
