PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformation detecting sensor using a magnetic resin having a magnetic filler dispersed in a resin while combined with a magnetic sensor which improves long term durability.SOLUTION: There are provided a deformation detecting sensor which is formed of a magnetic resin-containing polymer foamed body formed of a magnetic resin containing a magnetic filler in a resin and a polymer foamed body having the magnetic resin at a part thereof, and a magnetic sensor for detecting magnetic variation caused by deformation of the magnetic resin-containing polymer foamed body, where the magnetic resin has a projection on a surface on the opposite side to the magnetic sensor; and a method for manufacturing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
