PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stage device capable of easily switching between automatic drive mode and manual dive mode.SOLUTION: The stage device which has a stage which moves in a predetermined direction, has a conversion part that mechanically converts an operation input made by a user via an operation input part into a driving force for moving the stage in the predetermined direction. The stage device includes: a transmission part that interlocks the operation input part and the conversion part to transmit the operation input to the conversion part; and a switchover part that switches between a state that the operation input part and the conversion part are interlocked by the transmission part and a state the interlock is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
