PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary board arrangement device for temporarily arranging a board on a ground surface including a sandy ground surface, a paved ground surface, and a lawn grass ground surface planted with lawn.SOLUTION: A board structure (13) is formed by connecting a plurality of boards arranged in a row in lengthwise and breadthwise directions using the connecting means in a detachable way that allows vertical fluctuation. A unit body (12) is formed by overlapping a holding board (14) on the entire board structure and fixing the holding board at least onto a board (1e) located at an edge in the lengthwise and breadthwise directions. The holding board (14) is formed of a flexible material having restitutive force, allowing mutual fluctuation of adjacent boards (1), (1) with the flexibility of the holding board (14) when the unit (12) is exposed to downward external force, and resuming the boards (1), (1) to an original posture with the restitutive force of the holding board (14) when released from the external force.
