PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a criticality alarm device capable of monitoring neutron ray from an ordinary state to a critical accident.SOLUTION: The criticality alarm device in an embodiment, includes: a proportional counter tube 6 which is applied withB as a neutron conversion material; and a signal processor 8 that separates an output signal output from the proportional counter tube 6 into a pulse system area and a campbell system area, and in the pulse system area, calculates a measured value based on the output signal, and in the campbell system area, calculates a measured value by performing a series of mean square processing based on the output signal, and when any measured value in the respective areas exceeds a preset measured value, outputs an alarm signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
