PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation fin capable of improving heat transfer performance by satisfactorily joining a radiation fin to a smooth plate, and to provide a heat sink and a module such as a thermoelectric conversion suitable for mounting the radiation fin.SOLUTION: The hole density, which represents the ratio that a cavity 21 with respect to the area of an end face in a first end face 140 in the six end faces of a porous metal 22 having a hexahedral shape, is lower than the hole density in a second end face 141 and the hole density in a third end face 142.
