PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash automatic transaction machine capable of preventing occurrence of problems such as jam or improper posture when storing paper currencies fed from a bill depositing/dispensing port to a paper currency storage, or when accumulating paper currencies fed from the paper currency storage in the bill depositing/dispensing port.SOLUTION: The cash automatic transaction machine includes: a bill depositing/dispensing port which is used for depositing/dispensing paper currencies; and a paper currency storage for storing the paper currencies for depositing/dispensing. The bill depositing/dispensing port has a depositing/dispensing space for depositing/dispensing paper currencies and an accumulation space for accumulating paper currencies to be dispensed. The bill depositing/dispensing port is arranged such that the width of the depositing/dispensing space is narrower than the width of the access port to the storage; and the width of the accumulation space is wider than the width of the access port to the storage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
