A solar power collector containing longitudinal optical element placed transverse to the sunrays, concentrating sunrays in its linear focus. At the whole focus' length there is a heat receiver (2) containing heated medium delivered to the circulation system. The concentrating element consists of one or more transparent panels (1) with grooves parallel one to another as well as to the linear heat receiver (2); each of grooves has been made so as one of its side surfaces refracts sunrays exactly towards the receiver (2); the receiver is filled with heated liquid or gas.
