PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator for improving productivity by enabling fine adjustment of the frequency of a piezoelectric oscillating element. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a piezoelectric oscillator comprises a process A for preparing a container body provided with a stripline, a process B for arranging the piezoelectric oscillating element and an electronic component element connected to the piezoelectric oscillating element in the container body, and a process C for applying fine adjustment to the frequency by connecting the electronic component element to the stripline by wire bonding.
