PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device in which a contacting state at a contact portion can be returned to an excellent state even if a conductor part on the backside of respective buttons of an operation part is worn, and which has a long service life for the number of using times. SOLUTION: The remote control device body 1 is provided with the operation part 11 at which a plurality of buttons 2 are installed and in which the conductor parts 12 are formed on the backsides of respective buttons 2, and a remote control substrate 15 in which the contact portions 16 are formed at a position opposed to the conductor parts 12 on the backsides of the respective buttons 2. Between the operation part 11 and the remote control substrate 15, a film 6 is interposed capable of sliding in the horizontal direction (leftward in Fig.), and the conductor parts 12 corresponding to the contact portions 16. When the conductor parts 12 on the backsides of the respective buttons 2 are deteriorated, the conductor parts 12 of the film 6 are abutted with the contact portions 16 instead of the contactor parts 12 on the backsides of the respective buttons 2, and the contact portions can be returned to the excellent state even if it becomes in an abutting failure state by making the film 6 slide in the direction (leftward in Fig.) horizontal against the remote control substrate 15.
