摘要 FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science, in particular to veterinary oncology, and can be used for fluorescent diagnosis of malignant tumor. For this purpose, combined introduction of photosensitisers is being performed. When photosensitisers is being accumulated in the malignant tumor, wavelength irradiation is bein performed, wherein the wavelength corresponds to the absorption wavelength of photosensitizers. Intensity of fluorescent irradiation, obtained from areas of the malignant tumor and healthy tissue, is being recorded and compared. Preparations Photoditasine and Dimegin is being intravenously administrated as photosensitizers in an arbitrary sequence. Administration dose for Photoditasine is being used in the range of more than 1.5 mg/kg and not more than 2.5 mg/kg of body weight. Administration dose for Dimegina - in the range of 0.5-2.0 mg/kg of body weight. Chosen accumulation time is more than 90 minutes. Irradiation dose is 0.01-3 J at irradiation power of 50-100 MWt.EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy, reliability and efficiency of diagnostics of malignant tumor, poorly accumulating photosensitizers, as well as reduced power consumption, with no side effects.9 cl, 10 dwg, 10 ex, 1 tbl
