PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and an air conditioning control system that can provide a good sleep, pleasant waking-up and the like without causing any trouble. SOLUTION: The air conditioner comprises a first communication part 11, a setting information part 12 and a control part 13. The first communication part 11 receives alarm time information. The setting information part 12 processes the alarm time information and stores it as setting information. The control part 13 controls air conditioning according to the setting information.
