摘要 FIELD: furnaces and plates.SUBSTANCE: thermal furnace can be used to form composite materials and products by diffusion welding of glass and metal units of billets. In cavity of bearing case of furnace chamber is located, made from heat-resistant material with mean of electric heating, thermocouple with heating control mean. Chamber case is made of ceramic detachable bottom, cover and composite side wall of two tubular modules. Heating mean is made in form of spiral, fixed on inner surface of top end of each tubular module. Furnace comprises at least two chambers, arranged vertically and parallel to each other. Spirals of separate modules of each chamber are connected in series in common electric circuit, and electric circuits of all chambers are connected in series and they are connected to terminals of controlled transformer included in 220 V network. Mean of processed parts loading contains external load studs, one per each chamber, passing through central holes of covers to interact with billets of processed parts, and loading mechanism, made with possibility to contact with ends of pins projecting above covers of chambers.EFFECT: possibility of processing parts of different dimensions in height is provided, while maintaining high degree of chamber volume filling.4 cl, 5 dwg
