<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time series analysis support system dispensing with a special professional knowledge, capable of performing factor analysis to a phenomenon from a plurality of viewpoints, and performing measure formulation from the plurality of viewpoints. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 11 inputs time series information wherein details extending to generation of the phenomenon are shown in time series from a time series analysis support sheet stored in a storage part 12, and extracts time series information for performing analysis. The CPU 11 inputs operation by an analyst from an operation part 13, and displays a factor of each time series information on a display part 14. The CPU 11 allows selection of one or two from 4M at a factor input time. When the factor input is finished, the CPU 11 inputs the operation by the analyst from the operation part 13, and displays a countermeasure of each time series information on the display part 14. The CPU 11 allows selection of one or two from 4E at a countermeasure input time.
