PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent impairment of the smooth interlocking turns of fins 12, 13 attributable to a rattle present in a connection mechanism of both fins 12, 13 for opening/closing an air outlet of a register 10 as an air blowing device for a cabin. SOLUTION: A supporting part 16b is provided on the second fin 13 side located below both fins for opening/closing an air outlet, a connection part on a lower end side of a connection rod 14 to constitute a connection mechanism 10a is supported from a lower side by the supporting part 16b. A phenomenon that the connection rod 14 is downwardly tilted attributable to rattle is regulated, and the smooth interlocking turning operation of the fins 12, 13 is ensured.
