PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a crack or the like between cords 21, 22 of carcass plies 19, 20 near a border of a tread 15 and a side wall 14. SOLUTION: Since suppression layers 40, 41 in which reinforcement cords 42, 43 straddled on a border and inclined to the cords 21, 22 of the carcass plies 19, 20 are buried are arranged between the two adjacent carcass plies 19, 20, even if the cord 22 of the carcass ply 20 outside the suppression layers 40, 41 tries to be displaced toward the cord 21 of the inner carcass ply 19 at vulcanization, the reinforcement cords 42, 43 of the suppression layers 40, 41 interposed between them obstruct it and the displacement is suppressed.
