PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wrap a film around a pack with appropriate tension and surely paste the film on the pack; to accumulate the packs without damaging packed contents; to easily take out the packs in an accumulated condition. SOLUTION: The film F is delivered to a packaging position 7 from a film roll and cut into a predetermined length. Meanwhile, the filled pack P is delivered one by one into the packaging position 7, and lifted together with a lifting member 27 driven by bias force of a raising spring 28a. At the same time, the pack P is covered with the film F so that adhesive parts on both sides of the film F is pushed and pasted onto the side faces of the pack P, and then the pack P is lowered together with the lifting member 27 driven by a descending cylinder 28b and is taken out of the packaging position 7 and accumulated into stocker 4 by controlling an accumulation conveyor so that a clearance between the packs P is secured.
