The present invention is able to sweep an electron beam at the maximum speed over an area in which powder is melted. The three-dimensional printing device is provided with: an electron gun for producing an electron beam; at least one first deflector for one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally deflecting the electron beam; at least one lens that is disposed between the electron gun and the first deflector and focuses the electron beam; and a second deflector that is disposed between the electron gun and the first deflector and one-dimensionally or two-dimensionally deflects the electron beam.
