PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a drive device having a motor and a resolver into a shape that is compact in an axial direction to improve the mountability to a vehicle etc.SOLUTION: A drive device includes: a motor 51 having a rotor shaft 54; a case 110 housing the motor; a bearing 56 disposed between the rotor shaft 54 and the case 110; and a resolver 70 having a resolver rotor 78, which integrally rotates with the rotor shaft 54, and a resolver stator 71 disposed at the radial outer side of the resolver rotor.
