Disclosed are a pipe-like fibre cement brick, a wall and a manufacturing method for a pipe-like fibre cement brick. The pipe-like fibre cement brick comprises a straight pipe-like main body, wherein a hole of the pipe-like main body is a through hole which runs through the top surface and the bottom surface of the pipe-like main body; at least one outer side surface of the pipe-like main body is a flat surface; and the pipe-like main body is manufactured from fibre cement material. The wall of the present invention is built by the pipe-like fibre cement brick. The hole of the pipe-like main body of the pipe-like fibre cement brick is provided vertically. The manufacturing method for the pipe-like fibre cement brick is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a slurry; (2) loading the slurry into a mesh cage, forming sheet material from the slurry, winding the sheet material by multiple layers, and pressing the sheet material into a round pipe-like wet adobe; and (3) forming a pipe-like main body by secondary moulding. The pipe-like fibre cement brick of the present invention is light in weight and fireproof, and has high strength and strong bearing capacity. The wall of the present invention is convenient to construct, and the flatness of the surface of the wall can be easily guaranteed. The pie-like fibre cement brick manufactured using the manufacturing method of the present invention has high pressure resistance. |
