A heat pump cycle comprises: a compressor (11); a first indoor heat exchanger (12) to heat blown air; a separator (14) that separates refrigerant discharged from the compressor into gas-phase refrigerant from which lubricating oil has been removed, and the remaining refrigerant; an outdoor heat exchanger (20) to exchange heat between the outside air and the remaining refrigerant flowing out of the separator; a second indoor heat exchanger (23) to cool the air flow; a control valve (13); an accumulator (24); and a first bypass channel (25) to connect to the inlet side of the accumulator by bypassing the second indoor heat exchanger. The heat pump cycle heats the air flow in the first indoor heat exchanger by controlling the degree that the refrigerant flow path between the first indoor heat exchanger outlet and the separator inlet is opened so that the pressure of the refrigerant is reduced by the control valve in a state in which the gas-phase refrigerant flowing from the separator is stored in the second indoor heat exchanger while refrigerant is circulated in a refrigerant circuit that includes the compressor, the first indoor heat exchanger, the control valve, the separator, the outdoor heat exchanger, the first bypass channel, and the accumulator. |
